Drake has recently broadened his real estate portfolio with the purchase of the impressive Dos Brisas ranch located in Washington, Texas, for a notable $15 million USD.

The Dos Brisas property, built in 2002, spans a vast 313 acres. Initially, the ranch operated as a resort until it ceased operations in 2022 after a 17-year run. Central to the estate is a magnificent 14,300-square-foot Mediterranean-style home. The ranch also features numerous luxurious amenities such as an organic farm, equestrian facilities, a resort-style pool, hot tub, and tennis court. The landscape, adorned with pecan trees, wildflowers, three ponds, and the meandering Peach Creek, provides a tranquil retreat from urban life. Furthermore, the presence of several other haciendas on the property has led to speculation about potential commercial uses Drake might explore.

This acquisition comes on the heels of a troubling event at Drake’s Bridle Path mansion in Toronto, where one of his security guards was shot and seriously injured earlier this month. The circumstances surrounding the attack are still under investigation.
