Interviewer: Mariana, you’ve built two successful ventures—La Mariana Management HR Consulting and MarianaSignature Cosmetics. What inspired your journey into entrepreneurship?

Mariana Bahou: Thank you! My journey began after earning my degree in Human Resource Management. I saw the potential to solve complex business challenges and knew I could make a meaningful contribution. That’s how La Mariana Management was born. Later, I felt compelled to expand into MarianaSignature Cosmetics to reach a broader audience and leave a personal mark in a way that aligns with my vision for the world.

Interviewer: Your work is deeply rooted in a unique perspective. How does your philosophy influence your approach to business?

Mariana: My approach stems from a belief that true success is about achieving perfection—not in worldly terms, but in a way that aligns with spiritual and higher principles. I strive to ensure my decisions are guided by what feels right in God’s eyes. Business, for me, isn’t just about profit; it’s about doing what’s meaningful and impactful on a deeper level.

Interviewer: You’ve spoken about your mission for world peace. How does that connect to your businesses?

Mariana: To me, world peace starts with individual freedom—when people find inner peace, it contributes to collective harmony. Through my businesses, I aim to create environments where people feel valued, supported, and free to grow. Whether it’s through HR consulting or cosmetics, I want my work to inspire individuals to find that personal peace, which can ripple outward to the world.

Interviewer: You’ve mentioned your personal healing journey as a significant milestone. Could you share more about that?

Mariana: Absolutely. My healing journey began at 18 and shifted my entire perspective on life. It taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of genuine connections with others. That experience motivates me daily, reminding me of the power of transformation—not just for myself but for the people I work with and the communities I aim to impact.

Interviewer: Let’s talk about your current project, ‘Business Plan for Poverty.’ What inspired this initiative?

Mariana: ‘Business Plan for Poverty’ is close to my heart. It’s an initiative focused on building homes for those in need worldwide. The idea is simple but profound—providing stable, safe spaces for people to live can transform their lives and their communities. It’s my way of giving back and contributing to the collective good.

Interviewer: With such a broad vision, what keeps you motivated?

Mariana: My team is my greatest motivator. They believe in my vision and provide the support I need to keep moving forward. Together, we’re building something that isn’t just about business but about making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

Interviewer: Mariana, your philosophy and work are truly inspiring. How do you hope your legacy will be remembered?

Mariana: I hope to be remembered as someone who used business as a tool for good—someone who bridged individual success with collective betterment. My ultimate goal is to inspire others to think beyond themselves and contribute to a world where harmony and peace are achievable for all.
